Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of Crowdyo. Please read them carefully — they explain how the platform works and the responsibilities of customers and vendors.
Last updated: 2 June 2026
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crowdyo (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2.About Crowdyo
Crowdyo is an event aggregator that helps customers in Kerala discover, compare, and book verified event venues and vendors. We act as a discovery and booking facilitator, and are not a party to any contract you enter into directly with a vendor.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using Crowdyo you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
4.Accounts & Vendor Verification
Vendors may be asked to submit business details so we can verify their listing. We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion. A “verified” badge means we have completed basic checks — it is not a guarantee of quality, availability, or outcome.
5.Enquiries, Bookings & Payments
Enquiries and bookings made through the Platform are between you and the relevant vendor. Pricing, availability, and service terms are set by vendors and may change at any time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any payments, deposits, or invoices are arranged and settled directly between you and the vendor.
6.Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are determined by each vendor’s individual policy. Please review them carefully before confirming a booking. Crowdyo is not responsible for refunds owed by a vendor.
7.Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, honouring confirmed bookings, holding any required licences or permits, and delivering services as described. Vendors agree not to post content that is misleading, unlawful, or infringes the rights of others.
8.Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping data without permission, impersonating others, uploading harmful code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9.Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and software are owned by Crowdyo or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. By submitting content, vendors grant us a licence to display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
10.Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowdyo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or your dealings with any vendor.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will update the date shown above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
